Oat bran – High in fibre
Oat bran can be assigned to the element metal of the nutritional science of 5-elements. In contrast to oat flakes, oat bran "only" consists of the outer layers and the germ of the oat grain, which, however, contain a condensed ratio of fibre and protein. Oat bran therefore contains up to 50% more fibre than conventional oat flakes. Oat bran also tastes slightly different from oatmeal and brings a slightly nutty note to your porridge.
Fruity Sour Cherry
Sour cherries are rich in minerals, trace elements, vitamins and polyphenols. In addition, sour cherries have a high content of folic acid and vitamin C.
Dark chocolate made in Austria
The chocolate in our Sour Cherry-Cocoa Oat Porridge stands for the element fire and has a high cocoa content of at least 70%. We purchase the chocolate from the "Confiserie Berger", which produces its dark chocolate from high-quality raw materials traded according to fair trade standards in Austria. The delicate fruit notes of cassis and banana as well as a hint of coffee give the fine dark chocolate its special taste.

Oats are a real turbo-grain. According to the theory of TCM it is particularly warming and energizing. Oats are also low in gluten (some breeds are even gluten-free) and particularly rich in important vital substances and vitamins. From the point of view of TCM, oat is the grain that most strongly tones our yang. This means that it is particularly good at generating heat in the body. Oats are therefore perfect for the wet and cold season and for people who are easily cold or very low in energy.
