Organic muesli from Tyrol
Muesli from Verival - the perfect start to the day
Our cereals are as varied as your breakfast preferences!
A breakfast full of oatmeal, dried fruit, fresh fruit, fresh fruit and then organic quality? As a protein-rich sports variety or simply a refreshing fruit mix?
Verival offers all this and much more. Oats for breakfast is by no means a bad idea. Studies have shown that beta glucan (an active ingredient in oats) helps keep your skin1 and heart2 healthy.
Do you eat a vegan, gluten-free or low-carb diet? Of course we have the right thing for you in our range. We even have our own protein muesli.
Muesli preparation with only high-quality organic ingredients
For our muesli preparation, we consistently use raw materials that come from GMO-free and organic farming.
So you start the day in the best possible way, not only in terms of taste but also nutritionally. We like to try out new things in our recipes, but prefer to rely on tried and tested cereals when selecting our cereal varieties: original cereals such as einkorn, emmer, spelt, wheat, rye and oats are the most valuable basis for our organic muesli creations. In this way, we not only ensure great taste, but at the same time we are also committed to variety.
Furthermore, you will not find any artificial colouring, flavours or preservatives in our products. Furthermore, all mixtures are palm oil free. We use sweeteners only very carefully. We take care to process the ingredients gently so that the original nutrients are preserved.
As with all Verival products, only natural ingredients are used for our organic vegan protein muesli. Depending on the product, we prefer to use original grain cereals rather than new varieties to support regional diversity.

How is a healthy muesli prepared?
Preparing our healthy muesli is child's play: put as much as you like into a bowl. Pour yoghurt or milk over it - done. To create a change, it's worth adding fresh fruit, berries or nuts.
Whatever you feel like at the moment, it will fit into your muesli. Whether you prefer it well soaked or crunchy is up to your individual taste. When it comes to taste and variety, only your creativity sets the limits.
The ultimate in summer is to use orange or various fruit juices instead of milk. This makes your breakfast wonderfully refreshing. This recipe is also perfect for a vegan and healthy muesli.
The nice thing about this is that the food is practical and stimulates the imagination. The perfect complement to a successful breakfast.

What types of cereals are available from Verival?
In our assortment you will find a wide range of very different mixtures with organic ingredients. Whether you're looking for a cereal for children or an exotic fruit mix, you'll find it here.
If you like sports, then maybe one of our vegan sports mueslis is just right for you. They are particularly high in protein and provide you with the energy you need for an active day. The Grain-Free variant of the protein muesli is based on various nuts and seeds. The dried fruits provide a fresh sweetness that contrasts perfectly with the earthy taste of the nuts.
For those with a sweet tooth, a chocolate muesli in organic quality is a must. For children, one of the delicious fruit muesli mixtures is ideal. Our organic coconut-apricot muesli offers an unmistakable touch of exotic variety. Our refreshing cranberry-cherry muesli is perfect for that unforgettable touch of summer.
Wonderfully fruity-sweet (and therefore particularly popular) is the classic organic muesli with berries. The dried blackberries and currants make it a unique and healthy experience. If you can't make up your mind, we recommend our eight-fruit muesli. Close...
If you want to experience a health boost at breakfast, it's best to try our so-called Bircher Muesli. This healthy muesli was invented by Maximilian Oskar Bircher Benner. It is a healthy mix of oat flakes, grated apples, berries (berries have been proven to contribute to heart health3 ), nuts, a little lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk.
Bircher developed this healthy breakfast for the patients of his sanatorium "living power". In the beginning, Bircher muesli was mainly available for breakfast in homes and monasteries. But it soon enjoyed such great popularity that it became known far beyond the borders of Switzerland. Nowadays it is probably the best known and most popular breakfast in the world and rightly so.
Granola & Muesli
Granola offers an unbelievably good balance of various fruits and muesli with crunch, also called crunchy muesli. Every single berry shows and preserves its special taste. This muesli is especially popular with children. This is the best way to ensure a healthy diet for your child.

Does oats in muesli help you lose weight?
Muesli, whose largest and most important ingredient is oats, helps you lose weight. Studies have shown that oats help overweight people feel fuller for longer and can therefore help them reduce their body weight4.
But there are other ways to eat oats. One of these is granola, also known as crunchy or crunchy muesli. Baked oat flakes refined with natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup.
As a last alternative, we offer you our porridge. A gluten-free protein source. Easy and quick to prepare in the classic way or according to your mood. With milk or water, berries, nuts, fruits and everything you feel like. A healthy and nutritious breakfast with which you can do absolutely nothing wrong.
All these possibilities are based on oats. Losing weight or simply enjoying a healthy and tasty breakfast, oats combines both.

Where does the muesli come from?
The diverse mixture of cereals has its origins in Switzerland. The word "Müsli" comes from the Swiss and means mush or porridge. The Swiss Dr. Maximilian Oskar Bircher Benner is said to have developed the concept at the beginning of the 20th century in order to be able to recommend a digestible and nutritious meal to his patients.
It is said that he himself ate the dish, later called Bircher Müsli, for the first time on a mountain pasture. He enthusiastically developed it into a dietary food that supports a healthy diet. The fact that muesli quickly became very popular was not only due to its healthy composition. But also because it was easy to prepare and offered a unique taste. Because if there is one thing muesli is not, it is complicated.
