Are you looking for the perfect healthy meal that you can prepare quickly and easily without a lot of ingredients? Then our new Protein Oat Couscous with Ras el Hanout and Sweet Potato is the ultimate solution for you. Our gluten-free oat-based couscous is enhanced with chickpea flakes, sweet potato pieces, almonds, hemp seeds and the oriental spice Ras el Hanout. The complex carbohydrates in the oats let your blood sugar rise slowly, you are full longer and cravings have no chance! Our oat couscous is also a great source of plant-based protein and gives your muscles the energy they need.

You can easily prepare the oat couscous as lunch or dinner. All you have to do is pour hot milk, vegetable drink or water over the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes. You can also prepare the oat couscous cold. Pour a little more cold liquid over the mixture and let the oat couscous steep for about 1 hour or overnight. 

The preparation is therefore particularly simple and fast and without cooking. You can also take your oat couscous perfectly to the office or prepare in the office. But it is also super practical for your mountain adventures and excursions. By the way, you can easily add fresh or cooked vegetables to the oat couscous and feta cheese is also a great topping.

Protein helps build muscle and is even supposed to assist with weight loss. Oat couscous

 The regional superfood is full of beta-glucans that lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels. In addition, oats contain many vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, iron, potassium and B vitamins. In addition, our oat couscous is rich in complex carbohydrates, which ensure a long feeling of satiety and thus prevent cravings.

Moroccan spice mixture Ras el-Hanout

Ras el-Hanout is a blend of numerous spices originating in Morocco. The spice can be used for numerous dishes, such as to refine couscous, bulgur and rice. The spice blend combines sweet, hot and bitter flavors and contains among others cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, bell pepper, paprika, ginger, cardamom and clove.

Sweet potato & chickpeas

Sweet potatoes are considered one of the healthiest vegetables. Sweet potatoes contain a lot of high quality fiber and also contain high amounts of beta-carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E. Chickpeas are rich in vegetable proteins and keep you full for a long time due to the fiber they contain.

Your protein breakfast

Proteins are an important part of the daily diet. According to the DGE, the daily protein requirement is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, and you need up to 1.5 grams per kilogram to build muscle mass.

Oats form the basis of our protein mueslis and protein porridges. Oats not only contain vitamins and minerals, but our oat flakes consist of almost 14 percent protein. Other vegan protein sources in our Sport Range are nuts and pulses




With all essential amino acids

Essential amino acids are the basic building blocks of all proteins. They cannot be produced by the body itself and must therefore be taken in with food. Essential amino acids include Histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine.

Leucine, isoleucine and valine play a particularly important role in muscle building. In the development of our Sport Range we have therefore paid attention to a balanced composition of essential amino acids.




Slow carbs have a positive effect on blood sugar levels

Slow carbs are complex, long-chain carbohydrates that are processed more slowly by the body and prevent strong fluctuations in blood sugar. They thus ensure longer-lasting satiety and protect against cravings. Complex carbohydrates, e.g. from whole grain oats, are enormously important for endurance sports and muscle building. In addition to the high satiety effect, they have a high nutrient density. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements as well as secondary plant substances.
