The high-fibre mix of linseed, psyllium husk, chia (Salvia Hispanica) and hemp seeds stimulates digestion and provides you with fresh energy for the day. Chia seeds (Salvia Hispanica) are particularly rich in omega 3 fatty acids and have already been used as an energy source by the Maya.
