The yoghurt bar is prepared in a short time and can be stored in the freezer for a longer period of time. Have fun trying it out!
Frozen yoghurt bar with fruits and crunchy
- 100 g greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp agave syrup or honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- fresh or dried berries
- Crunchy of your choice
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix yoghurt, sweetener, vanilla extract, lemon juice and salt in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray and top with berries and crunchy.
- Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours, then take out and cut into pieces.
- Store in the freezer and enjoy cool.
