For children and children-at-heart, we recommend trying our Chocolate Biscuits with Spelt Bips. Just a few ingredients are needed, and four simple steps are needed in order to make these delicious cookies yourself. 

The cookies are based on our yummy and organic Spelt Bips with honey. They are carefully made from spelt, and pleasantly sweet with 30% honey. Our Verival Spelt Bips are made from spelt grain.

Chocolate Bicuits with Spelt Bips

  • 50 g Verival Spelt Bips 
  • 140 g spelt flour
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 90 g seed oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 30-40 g chopped dark chocolate
  • milk or a plant-based alternative 


  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees and put baking paper on a baking tray 
  • Mix the dry ingredients, then add the oil and finally the milk 
  • Form small piles of dough on the baking tray (leave space between)
  • Bake for 10 minutes
