Pflanzendrinks aller Art liegen schwer im Trend. Vor dem Supermarktregal ist die Auswahl mittlerweile so groß, dass die Entscheidung oft schwerfällt. Wenn du aber schon seit Längerem auf pflanzliche Milchalternativen setzt, hast du bestimmt schon den ein oder anderen Favoriten – sei es geschmacklich oder aber auch hinsichtlich der Marke. Was die Ökobilanz von Pflanzendrinks betrifft, schneidet Hafermilch übrigens am besten ab.
Aber hast du schon mal versucht, deinen Pflanzendrink einfach selbst herzustellen? Klingt aufwändig, ist aber nicht so. Und obendrein sparst du so auch noch viel Müll. Überzeug dich selbst und versuch doch mal unser einfaches und schnelles Rezept für deinen selbstgemachten Haferdrink.

Rezept: Selbstgemachte Hafermilch
Schon mal probiert, die Hafermilch für dein Müsli oder Porridge selbst herzustellen? Die Zubereitung geht ganz schnell – außerdem brauchst du dafür wenige Zutaten.

- 100 g Haferflocken
- 1 l Wasser
- Etwas mehr Wasser (zum Einweichen der Haferflocken)
- 1 Dattel
- 1 Prise Salz
- Vanillearoma (optional)
Weiche die Haferflocken etwa 15 min in Wasser ein. Die Haferflocken kommen gemeinsam mit einer Dattel, einer Prise Salz und in etwa einem Liter Wasser in deinen Mixer. Wenn du möchtest, kannst noch etwas Vanillearoma hinzugeben, um deinen Haferdrink ganz einfach in eine Vanillevariante zu verwandeln. Mixe die Zutaten etwa 1 Minute lang im Mixer.
Abschließend nimm dir ein Sieb und eine Schüssel zur Hand und streiche die Hafermilch durch das Sieb, damit alle Klumpen aus der Pflanzenmilch gefiltert werden und die klare Hafermilch in der Schüssel aufgefangen wird.
Und schon kannst du dein Müsli, deine Overnight Oats oder deinen warmen Porridge mit eigener Hafermilch genießen.
