- Eating your favourite muesli out of your favourite bowl with your favourite spoon.
- Enjoying the silence before the storm.
- Getting into a good-morning routine by reciting an inspiring quote, a poem dear to you or even an affirmation.
- Getting a text or a call from a person you cherish and being happy that they are thinking of you so early in the day.
- Snuggeling up in your favourite chair to inhale that magazine, newspaper or book you’ve been wanting to get to.
