Layered breakfast with berries, yoghurt and berry granola

Servings: 2 people


  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • fresh or frozen berries
  • VERIVAL Berry Granola


  • Whisk the whipping cream stiff together with the vanilla sugar. Carefully mix the whippingcream with the Greek yoghurt.
  • Mix the berries with some lemon juice and sugar.
  • Put the yoghurt mixture or just plain yoghurt into the glas. Then add the berry mixture and the Berry Granola.
