Our Strawberry & Chia Porridge marries the luscious sweetness of strawberries with the nutritional power of chia seeds. This wonderfully fruity oatmeal porridge is vegan, gluten free and contains no added sugar; it also delivers an extra portion of fibre and omega-3 fatty acids thanks to the superfood chia seeds. Also, it only takes three minutes to prepare, so even if you're not a morning person you can still whip up a natural, wholesome breakfast in no time.

How do I prepare the Strawberry & Chia Porridge?
Simply place 50g (6 tbsp) of porridge mix in a bowl, pour over approx. 100ml of boiling water or 80ml of hot milk or a plant-based alternative (depending on the desired creaminess) and stir well. Leave to stand for three minutes and enjoy hot. Our porridge is also great for making Overnight Oats: just use a larger quantity of cold water or cold milk and and leave the oat mixture to stand in the fridge overnight.
I'm gluten intolerant. Can I still enjoy the Strawberry & Chia Porridge without having to worry?
Yes! All of our gluten-free breakfast products carry the gluten-free quality seal. As well as certifying that the porridge ingredients contain no gluten, this also requires striuct compliance with a series of steps before the porridge is even produced on our premises. The process begins with examination of the seeds and inspection of the crop fields and continues right through to proper cleaning of combine harvesters, forklifts and the entire production facility. We thus ensure that even people with severe gluten intolerance can still enjoy our porridges and mueslis for breakfast.
Is the Strawberry & Chia Porridge sugar free?
Our oatmeal porridge has no added sugar at all, only the natural fructose contained in strawberries, dates and diced apple.

Put 50 g porridge (6 tbsp) in a bowl and pour over 110 ml boiling water or 90 ml hot milk (depending on the consistency desired). Stir, leave to soak for 3 minutes and enjoy warm. For “Overnight oats“: Add a bit more cold water or cold milk and leave to soak overnight.
