Hot, gluten free oat cereal with a mix of fruity-sweet apricots and sultanas, refined with coconut, date flakes and crunchy hazelnuts. Mixed to perfection by hand in the Austrian Tyrol. No added sugar** and purely organic. Good morning!
Gluten free coarsely ground wholegrain oats* 61,5%, apricots* 12% (apricots* 97%, rice flour*), coconut flakes* 12%, sultanas* (sultanas* 99,5%, sunflower oil*), date granule* (date juice concentrate* 60%, rice flour*), chopped and roasted hazelnuts*.

Put 50 g porridge (6 tbsp) in a bowl and pour over 100 ml boiling water or 80 ml hot milk (depending on the consistency desired). Stir, leave to soak for 3 minutes and enjoy warm. For “Overnight oats“: Add a bit more cold water or cold milk and leave to soak overnight.
