Oat Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120 g Butter
  • 90 g Oats
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 80 g Almonds ground
  • 80 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Pinch of Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Cream the soft butter with the sugar and egg.
  • Mix the dry ingredients separately in a bowl and gradually add to the butter mixture.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Place baking paper on the baking tray.
  • Using a spoon, remove some of the dough mixture and shape into small balls by hand.
  • Spread the balls (about 10-14 per tray) widely apart on the prepared tray.
  • Bake the oat biscuits on the middle shelf for about 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Remove the warm oat biscuits from the tray and leave to cool.
  • When they have cooled completely, they can be stored in a freshness box as required.
