Recipe: Yoghurt Granola Bowl

The delicious Yoghurt Granola Bowl simply tastes delicious. You can also prepare the yoghurt Granola Bowl the day before and then take it with you in a glass as a to-go variation or simply snack in between.

Ingredients

  • 150 g yoghurt or vegan alternative
  • 30 g Cocoa-Sour Cherry Granola
  • 300 g fruit of your choice (e.g. strawberries or cherries)
  • tbsp cocoa nibs

Instructions

  • First put the yoghurt in a bowl and stir it until it is creamy. 
  • Next, puree about 200 g of fruit with a blender. We took cherries here to go with the granola.
  • Then pour the puréed fruit onto the yoghurt.
  • Next, put the granola and cocoa nibs on your yogurt bowl.
  • Finally, put some fresh fruit on your Yogurt Granola Bowl.
