Cupcakes with Chocolate Banana Porridge

Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g Verival chocolate-banana porridge
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 70 g sugar
  • 100-150 ml milk or plant drink
  • 30 ml coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g dark chocolate

Icing

  • 300 g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 ml milk or plant drink
  • 50 g (vegan) butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix all dry ingredients. Gradually add the milk and oil and mix it well. Melt the
    couverture in a water bath and add it to the dough.
  • Bake the muffins for about 15 minutes. Let them cool down afterwards.
  • For the icing, mix the icing sugar, the vanilla extract and the butter with a
    blender.
  • Then put the mixture in the fridge for a few hours.
  • Before application, leave the icing outside at room temperature and then spray the
    icing onto the cupcakes in a circular motion.
  • To decorate, put dark chocolate in the form of spider webs onto baking paper and
    let it cool down in the refrigerator.
  • Finally, place the spider webs on the cupcakes. They make for an amazing decoration for your cupcakes.
