Savoury Pumpkin Tomato Muffins

Ingredients

  • 100 g pumpkin tomato porridge
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 100-150 ml milk or plant drink
  • optional dried tomatoes
  • optional add some feta
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • First mix the porridge, flour, baking powder and a little salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Then add the eggs, olive oil and milk. Add the dried tomatoes and/or feta.
  • Mix everything well and put the mixture into muffin forms.
  • Bake the muffins in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Let them cool down and
    serve them with some cream cheese.
