One of our favorite yoga poses, recommended by our friends from YogaEasy, is the downward facing dog! The exercise strengthens your whole body, stretches your backside and helps to energize and activate you in the morning. Come and join in!

  • Come on your hand and knees on the floor. Set your knees directly under your hips and your hands slightly forward of your shoulders.
  • Exhale and lift your knees away from the floor. Keep your knees first slightly bent and your heels lifted away from the floor.
  • You should be looking through your legs and relax your shoulders and neck.
  • Now start bending one knee after the other, trying to touch the floor with your heels. Just like your downward facing dog would “go for a walk”. Keep breathing calmly and relaxed.

Good morning!
