IMA is a beautiful vegan place, with mediterranean inspired cuisine (the 3 chefs are Israeli; and “Ima” means “mum” in Hebrew). Not only do they serve delicious and healthy food, but it is located right on Quai de Valmy, on the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin, which makes it the perfect spot for a culinary pit-stop after a morning walk (or run) on the Canal. Everything on the menu is surprising and delicious, from the tapioca bowl to the shakshuka’s ; but what we would recommend above all are their mediterranean-style pancakes, served with a poached egg, labneh, mint pesto and spicy butter: they are to die for!
Les Petites Gouttes is one of our favorite breakfast locations in Paris, because it is not only a great place for breakfast or brunch, but there are also a lot of other things going on: they often host some very nice events, pop up stores, DJ sets, exhibitions, etc.
The big and sunny wood deck is a great place to chill in a very hectic city like Paris. Enjoy a healthy breakfast (muesli bowl, fresh fruits, bread and ham, eggs) and a nice cup of coffee from the nearby neighbourhood roaster in the sun.

The Big Love Caffé is very unique. It is located in the heart of the Marais district, and it’s the latest venture of a handful of Italian chefs / entrepreneurs, who have opened a few restaurants in Paris over the past couple years, and each one of them has been a massive hit. The food is typically Italian with only top-quality ingredients, sourced directly from a few trusted Italian producers. The Big Love Caffé added a new twist: brunch! The food is delicious and the place is wonderfully decorated – be there early to not miss out!
